Early-access terms for clubs subscribing to CourtOn.

Subscriptions

A CourtOn subscription covers one club and renews monthly. Founding clubs receive a 50% discount for their first 12 months. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.

Club responsibilities

Club supervisors are responsible for the accuracy of their court, member and booking records, and for handling member data lawfully within their jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another club's data, upload unlawful content, or disrupt the service. Accounts that do may be suspended without refund.

Availability

CourtOn is provided on an as-is basis during early access. We aim for continuous availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee at this stage.
