What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), club membership records, court bookings, and any avatar or identity document a member chooses to upload.

How we use it

Solely to operate your club: authenticating members, showing court availability, preventing double-bookings and reporting utilisation to your club supervisor. We do not sell member data.

Who can see your data

Each club's data is isolated at the database level. Members see their own club only. Identity documents are stored in a private bucket readable only by the member who uploaded them and their club supervisor.

Retention and deletion

We keep data for as long as your club is active. Members can request deletion of their profile and documents at any time by emailing hello@courton.app.
