Refunds & cancellations

What happens to subscriptions, tournament fees and entry fees.

Club subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the club billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; part-months are not refunded.

Tournament creation fee

Creating a tournament costs Rs 10 per tournament, or nothing if a valid voucher code is applied. The fee covers processing and is non-refundable once the tournament is created; deleting a tournament does not reverse the charge.

Voucher codes

Vouchers are issued by the platform owner, may carry an expiry date and usage limit, and can be used only once each. Expired, exhausted or deactivated codes cannot be reinstated and have no cash value.

Entry fees paid to organisers

Entry fees for a group's tournament are collected and refunded by that organiser under their own published terms. CourtOn only records the payment status and cannot issue those refunds.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error, email hello@courton.app within 30 days with the date and amount and we will investigate and refund any duplicate or mistaken charge.
